Patrick R. Kesler - Founder & CEO
Patrick Kesler is the driving force behind the creation and vision of GIGD. As the founder and CEO, Patrick’s unique perspective and entrepreneurial spirit have been integral to the development of the platform since its inception in 2014. His commitment to improving the construction GIG economy has been the foundation for GIGD, and his hands-on approach continues to guide the company toward success.
A proud Army veteran, His service in the Airborne Infantry, bringing with him discipline, leadership, and a strong work ethic. Before venturing into the creation of GIGD, Patrick played an instrumental role in the marketing and growth of construction labor businesses. From office manager to director of marketing and Chief Marketing Officer, Patrick has a deep understanding of the industry’s needs and challenges.
In addition to his business acumen, Patrick is a man of many talents. A skilled artisan, he is an accomplished knife forger, music composer, and multi-instrumentalist, proficient in guitar, violin, and piano. His artistic talents extend into visual art, and he is also an avid gamer. Patrick’s dedication to growth, creativity, and excellence is matched only by his commitment to his family—he has been married for 14 years and is the proud father of three children.
An Eagle Scout and member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Patrick has a strong foundation of service and integrity. He served a mission in Puebla, Mexico, and continues to live by the values of honesty, responsibility, and commitment to others.
Together, Dean and Patrick have created GIGD to revolutionize the construction labor market, providing a dynamic, efficient platform for both contractors and workers to thrive. Their combined experience, leadership, and shared values are the driving forces behind GIGD's continued success.
C. DEAN Kesler - Co-Founder & COO
Dean Kesler, a dedicated family man and experienced industry leader, is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of GIGD. With over 15 years of experience in the construction labor industry, Dean has a proven track record of scaling businesses and creating lasting success.
Starting in 2005, Dean held various leadership roles, from office manager to CEO, and played a pivotal role in growing a small business in Utah into an operation that spanned eight states and 12 business operations by 2014. His leadership and vision were integral to the company's growth and eventual sale.
Dean’s passion for service is not only reflected in his business accomplishments but also in his personal life. A proud father of three and grandfather of three, Dean has been happily married for 39 years. He is also an Eagle Scout, long-time scoutmaster, and has received numerous recognitions from The Boy Scouts of America on both the district and council levels.
Outside of work, Dean enjoys adventure, travel, and a variety of hobbies. He is an avid scuba diver, competitive blowgun marksman, and golfer. Costa Rica is one of his favorite travel destinations, where he embraces both the adventure and beauty the world has to offer. A member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Dean’s values of integrity, service, and commitment to excellence shine through in all aspects of his life.
